Isak Holgersson is the overall bar manager at Boqueria. He has solid experience from top bars such as L'avventura, Yuc LatAsian and more. He is a bit like Houdini in the bar, as he is extremely skilled with flavors and creates fantastic drinks with very few products and a lot of creativity.
